What do you do when an item you purchased never arrives or a seller disappears? Can OfferUp customer support step in to help recover your money or resolve disputes?

I bought a used phone through OfferUp, but the seller stopped responding after payment. Unsure what to do, I reached out to offerup customer support. They reviewed the case, confirmed the issue, and helped me get a refund. It was frustrating at first, but their support team handled it efficiently.
